On the day of your arrival you will be met at the apartment, shown round and given a set of keys for the apartment and the main entrance. 

There is a 'user manual' binder for those items that are not self-explanatory such as the washer-dryer.  It contains useful fast-facts about the apartment, local restaurants, things to do and places to see etc.

 During your stay, assistance will be available over the phone 24hours , but you will be given your privacy until departure when we shall meet you for check-out.  If you need to depart extremely early, and we are not able to meet you, envelopes are provided for you to drop the keys through the apartment letter box on departure.  Equally, arrangements can be made for out-of-office hour arrivals. 

For stays in excess of 6 days, we shall come and clean the apartment weekly and provide you with a change of bedding, towels etc. Spares of all linen are in the apartments, and each apartment has a washer-dryer and ironing facilities.  Your comfort is our main concern, and we hope your stay in one of our apartments will result in many return visits in the future.
